A model of the depletion region of a "thick" (100 \(\Omega\)-cm) e2v CCD64 imaging sensor, which uses charge diffusion measurements from Stern et al. [2004] to estimate the thickness of the depletion region.

A model of the depletion region of a "thin" (20 \(\Omega\)-cm) e2v CCD64 imaging sensor, which uses charge diffusion measurements from Stern et al. [2004] to estimate the thickness of the depletion region.

An arbitrary model of the depletion region of a semiconducting imaging sensor.

JanesickDepletionModel(thickness, ...[, ...])

A depletion model that relies on Janesick [2001]'s model of charge diffusion to measure the thickness of the field-free region of an imaging sensor and infer the thickness of the depletion region.
